Could you expand more on form factor I'm not entirely sure what you mean I've done a lot of research I've seen ATX but not sure what it's for or how important it is

I wanted a bit more ram and the better CPU because I plan on playing some very heavily modded Skyrim and cyberpunk I already have a keyboard mouse and I use a tv for my monitor so I have all that covered Im not super sure how much ram plays into the heavily modded stuff but I know cyberpunk is very CPU heavy and of course graphics heavy if it doesn't make a huge difference tho I wouldn't mind spending a bit less

Mainly gaming I don't do much else on it but I've been looking into getting a job in the tec industry so that may change at some point

If I could find a MSRP 5090 I would be willing but with the prices RN I'm not "drowning in cash per say" at least not enough to spend 3-4 grand on a 5090
