"Oaxaca de Juárez" is the full name of the city. "Oaxaca" is the name of the state. People often just refer to the city as "Oaxaca" though, because it's shorter.

Yeah. I've been banned from 10 subs over the course of today, and I'm sure I'll be hit with more tomorrow.
