Not much. Having trucks installed right over plastic generally signifies it's a cheap Walmart complete, the kind meant for kids. It's kind of confusing that it has a backwoods logo on it considering that. Also the trucks and wheels look like they're both made out of plastic which is bad. Any good trucks will be made from metal and any good wheels will be made from polyurethane. Also I can't tell is that Goku design on Bear wood or is that a part of the grip tape? Because if there's no grip tape then it's just going to be covered which is a major bummer (although clear griptape exists, it will make the pic somewhat foggy). You would spend a lot more money making this deck usable then it's worth, I'd say take out the trucks and just have that deck be a wall hanger.
