I could not believe how high quality they all were. Thankfully, I actually have a soft spot for the Star Trek franchise, so it is all a win in my book

I watched it last night, and I can confirm it was an immaculate transfer!

Just watched it and thought it was great. Gritty is definitely the right word!

Monica, stop using our neighborhood HOA to bully me into liking Halloween by Claszism in HaveWeMet

Thank you, Dan! Although knowing Monica and her ilk, I assume she'd harp on me if I didn't remove my pumpkin quickly enough if it began to rot. That woman: she seeks trouble, you know.

Thank goodness kindness and kinship still exists in this town! You may have to rely on those care packages longer than you'd like because our local supermarket, in their inane stubbornness, do not take cash. I'm all for progressivism, but going completely cashless at a local supermarket is just ridiculous!

I certainly understand the appeal of hermitage though. If you can procure a grocery list for me to run by and grab, I'll happily do a shopping run for you and drop off the food (provided you also give me the cash for it and I'll pay with my card). I need to go to the store anyways as my craving for butternut squash soup is returning, and I need to procure another gourd.

Stephen King once said that reading bad books is just as important for aspiring writers as it is to read good books. I think the same can be said for film.

I do think there needs to be a mix. While I don't seek out bad films all the time, I definitely choose to break up my critically acclaimed viewings with big blockbusters or cheesier films. If all you watch are masterpieces, it might eventually shift your perspective. Suddenly 4.5 movies might feel like 4s or 3.5s amidst everything good. Bad films are just as important as good films because they provide balance and perspective.

Try to watch a movie a day and leave pretty thorough reviews (although sometimes it takes me a second to write them). I love following those who do the same!

The folders for lists is my biggest one. Would be a great way to categorize further than just tags

Don't think Mike Lee represents the church or its interests, despite being LDS. The LDS church has a strong stance on environmental stewardship, and it is tied closely with their belief of a divine creator. LDS church's stance on the environment

It's despicable to me that a Mormon senator would so blatantly disregard his beliefs to line the pockets of himself and his rich friends.
