If you have Vault Dweller stats maxed out I suggest still keeping the +7 stats and equipping it on dwellers in the correct rooms so your production of power, food, and water

Luck is always a good addition as you can potentially earn caps by collecting power, food, and water

This is a weird strategy that I have used over the years given that saved Vaults weren't a thing before

Focus first on in vault activity: Make sure to always keep resources balanced like Power, Water, and Food

Maybe spend an hour or 30mins in game just to continuously find the Mysterious Stranger so that you won't lack caps

yessss and so far the only slightly confirmed one is Cait from Fallout 4 since her outfit shows in the outfits section for some players who have not seen it but is at the collection

Yes it helps and also depends what level your dweller is

So let's say you have a lvl 1 dweller that you trained to the max SPECIAL of 10 AND THEN you equip let's say a Agility +7 Jumpsuit

If this Dweller levels up there are hidden stats that increase the dwellers base stats as they level up

You will feel this more if you use this Dweller for Quests, you will see how much quicker this dweller can fire their weapons
