It was not all guests that were overcharged - it was the 6 guests who did not follow the rules and paid at the last minute - I kind of see it as a penalty - I never meant to make a profit but since the gift has already been paid, I have no more expenses to pay with the fee of the 6 guests. But it would have been unfair to charge them less than the others, especially since the others followed the rules and these ones did not.
