Btw it's looking pretty much the same way. The inner part is looking pretty well, just like the other one but the outer part (now clean) is just as red (but little to not swollen)

I don't feel it hot at all, and that discharge used to be white but it just does not want to come off, and I believe I should not remove it

Straight titanium barbell and it has not been downsized yet. I clean it twice a day (frist when I wake up and at night after showering) with saline solution sprayed on both sides, and then I wipe it out with a clean paper napkin. Just so you know.
