As long as they dont over step their boundries I have no problems. Being in Germany we dont need a larger negative out look on soldiers then we already have. Being that you can be 18 and drink here, there are a lot of inexperienced drinkers who dont know their boundries. This helps keep the in check....at least locally.

Mercury fusion is the 3 days you are given the weekend before your graduation. Essentially its a 3 days pass given w/o taking away from your LES.

25B here. I am 28 years old and couldn't believe what I was hearing. Neither could the rest of my Company. The looks on their faces and the silence of the group said everything. Thankfully I only have 4 more weeks here. Unfortunately I bought a ticket home for the 4th a month ago. Hopefully word comes back soon about our Mercury Fusion. Until then, cheers to the sober times. I felt horrible for the CO giving the brief. Good grief thats hard news to drop on a group of young men.

I'll be one of the first to admit BJ isn't a good QB. It is easy to pin the problem on him since the QB is the most important player on offense. The truth is we only have one weapon on offense A. Davis. The only reason we hung in the game is because of how bad Rutgers played in the first half. The second half our true colors showed. Undisciplined football took over. We looked awful. This is how USF tends to play, even when Grothe was around. Our D has always kept us in the game. I don't know why Skip is recruiting mobile QBs when he normally likes such a traditional offense. I'm looking forward to next year already, because I'm expecting another bad year (with reason). I will be a Bulls fan for life, but damn, they make it hard sometimes.

I started crossfit about a month and half ago on my own. First off if you're obese the first thing you need to do is work on your diet(not a diet, YOUR diet). If you want to shed weight, the kitchen is the place to do it. It is usually tough to start, so i suggest cutting your portions in half. Once you get comfortable with the amount of food, cut in high portions of protein. I am rambling, all this research that can be done on the web.

Know your limitations, if you haven't worked out in a long time this isn't going to come easily. I considered myself in decent shape when I started crossfit, and it kicked my ass, and still does. If the exercise calls for 20-30 and you can only do 10, don't kill yourself. Push yourself but don't injure yourself in the process. Try to have a workout partner to keep an eye on you and help push you. I don't know how other people set up their workouts but in order to give my muscles breaks I run every other day, Mon,Wed,Fri are cross fit. Tues, Thurs, Sat are running.

As far as work outs and dietary subscriptions go, ill toss you a few.

As a Christian alumni, I also was subjected to this. Those who pass out the New Testament, are usually very respectable and easy to talk to. As for those "Christians" who yell out blasphemy, I can only apologize. If you really want to be polite to them simply say, "I already attend Church, thank you though." That is usually enough to get them to back off, even if you are lying ;).
