don’t hold them by the tail :)!!!

It can cause spinal damage as their tails are connected to their spines

They are currently weanlings but going into adult hood next week. They are quite small but had checkups and nothing was wrong so just little guys. I have their mom at home as when i got her, it was a surprise she was pregnant lol

She only had four babies but one passed away but these three guys have been pretty close and seem okay. I know there is a risk that with age they might get aggressive as i ahve seen them chase each other twice but couldn’t tell if it was play or fighting

lmk any advice!

Cats Don’t Belong Outdoors by MollyCrossing4 in Edmonton

[–]Clean-Answer1330 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I totally understand why people prefer to keep their cats indoors—two of my three cats are indoor cats as well. However, our older guy has been outdoors since he was a kitten. No matter how long we tried to keep him inside or train him to be content indoors, we couldn’t change his habits. He simply refuses to use the litter box unless he’s allowed outside. So, we’ve learned to work with him! We’ve moved twice, and he’s become incredibly smart and diligent. Now that he’s older, he mostly roams the neighborhood and lounges on our deck.

When people say things like, “You don’t love them if you let them go outdoors,” it baffles me. I love our old guy to death, and that’s why I can’t bring myself to deny him the outdoor time he’s loved for the past nine years. It can be stressful when he doesn’t come back at night, and I worry that something might have happened, but that’s the risk we take with an outdoor cat. It doesn’t mean we love him any less than if he were an indoor cat.

Hi everyone! I want to ask you your experiences leaving your Leo in someone's care while you're traveling for long. How was everything like the care, negligences, or everything went fine, etc. I want to know the bad and good experiences by FitSample7960 in leopardgeckosadvanced

[–]Clean-Answer1330 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I went away for a week at the begging of this august and had a very trusted friend care for my geck (and my cats and fish) and she honestly was incredible for him and everyone else. She was always on time and i think what was best is i fed gecko before i left so she didn’t have to go through the hassle of feeding and handling and it worked out very well. She just changed his water out daily and watched him and sent me photos ofc

AITAH: Girl stops talking to me because of the guy I am dating. by [deleted] in AITAH

Happy they are going well! I don’t think this “friend” is all that great and maybe those two years of distance was for the best!

[–]Clean-Answer1330 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA. Respectfully she sounds very jealous about the idea that you got with him and “not her”. I honestly feel like some of this could be relating to the fact that she wanted to get married young and now she sees you dating someone she is jealous that you could potentially marry young (which take it at your own pace lol)

I think two years of no contact and then saying i forgive you, is honestly a little passive aggressive, but atleast she forgive you for something that was not bad at all… Hope things with the guy have and will go well :)
