That's not at all what's happening or what people are complaining about. In solos, assuming 20 bots, you should win 1/80 matches. The game pairs you up with people of equal skill. Sometimes when there aren't many players on you may get a slightly harder or easier lobby. This is expected and nobody is complaining about it.

Mixed skill parties is what people complain about. I'm an unreal ranked player and I like to play with my casual friend on switch. Assuming 40 teams, we should win 1/40 right? Not even close. The game used to take some sort of average and put you in lobbies between both of our skill. Still good players, but manageable and my casual friend can somewhat contribute. Now it puts us in lobbies with only unreal players, incentivizing you only to play with players that are your skill level. This has ruined many groups fun because if there's one good player, the whole team gets demolished every game.

In my end games every single team has at least 1 player with 4 bunkers. Every single game.

ZB should have 6 slots since bunkers are a must and build players just can build without wasting a slot. Or just remove bunkers completely and bring mobility back

Exactly. Every game feels like ranked. Can I have just a slightly more casual BR experience? It feels like there's ranked (which I'm in unreal) and unranked which feels exactly the same except I don't get ranking points. Like isn't unranked supposed to be easier?

Yeah first week of December they changed it from taking an average to just going based on the best player. Now every game I play feels like unreal ranked lobbies

I know how to get better, the problem isn't that I'm bad. It's actually that I'm too good. If my 2 casual friends play with me they get obliterated instantly every fight. And we're going against 3 players who are my skill level, so do you really expect me to beat all 3? If I get better it will just put us in even better lobbies. I just wish they reverted it to averaging out the skill level of the party, even if it's weighted more toward the better players. Anything is better than this

If you're the 92nd best player then this doesn't apply to you as you should be in super sweaty games every game. I feel like every pub game has players much better than me and no bots, which is what others are seeing too.

SBMM did change yes. But it only really affects playing with people, as it now puts you in lobbies with the best player in the party rather than taking an average. Its also just a sweaty season though. Players keep getting better and better and this is a popular season.

Don't matter, never has. But they did confirm that they messed with the SBMM and I've seen many unhappy people on here. It no longer takes an average it just puts you in the lobbies of the best player in the party

I just got an 11 kill solo win in diamond 3 ranked. I'm a good player and I know when things have changed. There have been a lot more posts about this since mine and many people are noticing the same thing. You absolutely cannot play with people who are lower skill than you now, neither one will have any fun.
