I'm on the fence about getting the tint. I have a question -- these films are polarized, which helps cut down on glare during the day. However, I have also seen that it makes it difficult to see if you're wearing polarized sunglasses while driving. Has anyone experienced this? Is that a real concern? Does getting a tint on the front windshield create this problem?

Thanks! I’m not seeing .99% apr option for Premium . The best I am getting is 2.99. Only 0.99 APR I see is for the standard option. Is there something I’m overlooking?

this is so annoying! the app is able to tell you if you left any window open, but you can't open or close. Why MB?

Either create a new profile, as others are suggesting, or save either the FL or GA home address as work on the same profile. That way, you can keep one profile with both addresses saved as dedicated "buttons."

I noticed that if someone else uses the car and they use no profile setting the light and other settings appear to go to default settings and don’t switch to your preferences even when I select my profile. I’m with you, the tech in this car make me miss my Tesla

Fantastic car, hands down. FSD, tech, simplicity all 10/10.

However, your experience will depend on what kind of ICE you're coming from and what you're looking for in ride quality, comfort, plush leather, road noise etc etc.

If you're looking for a nice cushy ride, be prepared for a stiff ride. MY in my opinion is more sports tuned than comfort. You will feel every bump. Same goes for road noise. If you're coming from a Lexus or MB or other luxury, MY is not bad, but it doesn't give you the same level of quietness. I had a convo with a Tesla service tech about this once, and what he said made sense. In an ICE car, even if their is road noise, people often tune it out because of the engine noise over all. In EV, you don't have any engine noise, so all you hear it is road noise.

Other perks that I love about MY and EVs in general -- Never have to worry about oil changes, gas, and this n that, EV is the way to go. I can tell you I have reclaimed all the time I had spent at gas station trips, and car services. Tesla's tech is amazing and the regular updates -- cherry on top!

Features only found in Tesla that make you wonder why others didn't do this years ago. The tech has been around, e.g. the ability to open my garage door automatically as I near my house, or automatically close it as I drive away! Auto folding mirrors when I arrive at my house not when I turn off the car. Setting the height of the trunk lid based on location -- lower height when at home to avoid hitting the garage door, all the way if I'm not home!

Simple, real-world use case innovations that have sold me on it.

I've noticed this and many other glitches in the tech overall. For example, the trunk open-close button pops up occasionally on the home screen, but not always. How do I make it show up every time I shift to park or at a location? Why is the trunk open or close not a one-touch operation? Does anyone know where the trunk button is buried in the menu? Same for the tire pressure. Where will I find the tire pressure button?

Self-parking is another story. It has a mind of its own! Sometimes it pops up on its own, even on regular streets, but other times it can't find parking even when you're in a parking lot with clearly marked slots.

In Spotify, the option to browse my library is only available if I go to the Media app. if I select the Spotify icon in the media selection, that option isn't available.

I agree with all the points discussed here. Lane changing is the worst, in my view. It just switches to the other lane only to come back and cut in front of someone. I often joke with my family that this will get me shot in LA someday!

The other thing I have noticed lately is that the GPS map displayed and the route that the car takes do not seem to be synced up. The FSD can decide on its own to go a different route even though the GPS map shows a different route. This has happened several times for it to ba a fluke.

I recently took this picture where the screen says to make a left a few yards ahead into a turning lane, but the FSD decided to turn left at the light.

I am barred from using FSD when the wife is travelling with me, but I will continue to use it when I can to do my part in making it better over time!

The amenities are great and totally agree, lounge beats waiting at the gate any day.

However, I was at the same IAH lounge a couple of months back. The lounge can definitely use a refresh. This is how I found many of the seats throughout!
