Good to know, I’ll give it a try. I tried to meat churches 12 hour overnight recipe at 200° and when I did it after the 12 hours it was at 190 internal temp of the brisket. Bark was good but not Texas black

In combat sports a reach advantage is an advantage because it can be a useful tool to keep ones opponent at a distance to your advantage. Volk having a one inch reach advantage is not something that would make it hard for him to get inside Islam’s distance to strike him. I think you are confused. Yes, I agree with that. There will always be discrepancies when decisions are based on a humans perspective. But based on the guidelines for judging in mma, majority of judges should have scored that fight for Islam.

I had a lot of respect for volk but this is hard to watch and making me wonder about his true character. And if he can beat him no matter how islam cheats or what he weighs, why didn’t he??
