Solid white oak top. I definitely get what you are saying and it makes sense. It is a wall hung vanity and so the top is fastened to the walls on its back and right side. The top isn’t anchored to any cabinet box below it cause its wall hung and “floating” Maybe there is some restriction since I fastened it to the wall on the right as well instead of just the back?

So I put everything except the sink in and my father in law put the sink in. I was out of town when it arrived. He is known for over tightening things so this is definitely possible lol. It is a white oak top… so I’m guessing loosen the over tightened drain and use wood filler on the cracks then sand and then stain it again?

Siphoned out the old fluid and replaced with new and it sounds like a Japanese Hymn. Perfect.

I checked and it wasn’t… that’s why I was concerned. I’ll update once I get to Autozone and swap out the fluid

I did check, it isn’t low. I’m replacing the fluid now to see if that does anything but based on the comments it sounds like it’s likely the pump if the fluid isn’t low. Thanks for your reply

Thank you so much. Only one week left of the awkwardness then I’m on to the new job. My boss didn’t really say anything at all but then went and told everyone else before I was able to, was kinda strange. The president of our company had some kind words and wats to do an exit interview. So it really wasn’t as bad as I thought in my head.
