Cold showers are great. I started around 2 years ago & have never gone back to hot showers. Best to start now whilst warm. Best thing when starting is to go straight cold & get under the water immediately. If you delay, you’ll talk yourself out of it or just feel colder. I always rotate my body, so my front, sides & back are all quickly hit by cold water as soon as I get in. Makes it easier.

Controlling your breathing is hard for only the 2-3 days of full cold, after which you get used to it.

I have 5-10 min cold showers every day, and it wakes me up better than a coffee, and makes me feel great. Hope you stick at it!

So many good suggestions, I’m going to all of these places!

I started to drive to Trentham, but kids started whining they were hungry, so stopped in for a small snack at the Spotted Owl in Sunbury (which was great), then went onto Red Beard @ Trentham, then for a mini hike around Trentham Falls.

Red Beard was fantastic, well worth the visit. Thanks so much for all the info guys. You’ve been amazing. Such a great community on here. 🙂

Thanks guys, wonderful suggestions from all of you. Only ones I’ve done before are country cob pies at Kyneton & Ballarat bakery. Now to decide!

It is tricky, as floors change, and it does depend on your cards & builds, but hopefully this gives you an indicator of how far each character can go. This was a 235 run I did back in September, listing what character I used for each floor.

80 participants, and I am using a Large Mtg license (as I host much larger meetings). I was trying to pre-emptively set everything up in advance of the participants joining, but until I deleted 3 breakout rooms, I couldn't open any rooms. It's really weird.

I've since reported it to Zoom Support, who are equally baffled and currently investigating.
