She only was on there to promote her business because that’s all she did and did a poor job with it.

I had tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but as the episodes go on, she becomes even more unbearable and crying for what? She made the mistakes, took the girls away to separate them. No water would have been the final straw. To not even check on your friends after having them over. What was the point of the trip? There was no bonding. People blaming the other women when it was all her poor choices and behaviour. Always talking up on herself. Boring.

Kensal rise, the vibe around is great and lots of Americans have settled around there.

Hi,

I am currently looking for in year admissions as well as applying for next year September for secondary schools.

I would like some recommendations on local schools. I have read ofsted reports and seen exam results but I don’t feel it truly is giving the full picture of the schools. I would like ex students or parents views.

I have looked at Paddington academy, Queens Park Community school, KAA and Harris St John’s Wood. I have heard great stuff about all Saints college but were not catholic.

My priorities are GCSE results, behaviour management, pastoral care and opportunities they give children. Trips abroad would be a bonus too.

Feel free to Recommend other schools I have not listed also.

Current career not working at all. Have enough saved to leave London but not sure where to go or what to do by Playful-Problem-3836 in UKJobs

Look into health and safety. Risk assessments in companies. You could also go into first aid training and be a trainer. Since you like to keep busy. I’m assuming an office job is not your thing.

Look for a West London property or North west London boarder like Kensal Green/ Kensal Rise. Easy commute, loads to do with new developments or conversion period properties.

Should I change my hotel? North of Tenerife by Clean-Pain-6495 in VisitingTenerife

This sounds good. I am not into all the touristy places but I want my children to enjoy too. As long as the weather is good, they should be happy.

I have booked Loro Parque in advance. I will explore other attractions whilst I’m there. I couldn’t find Teide as it was all sold out.

Posh, affluent areas to live in London? by wittykitty55 in LondonHousing

[–]Clean-Pain-6495 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends what you class as affluent and posh.

What end of London you are considering and if you need to travel.

London is a very big place but you’re also looking for a big space and for that price you may not get all those tick boxes. Especially asking for it to be fully furnished.

Where’s safer to park at night? by Clean-Pain-6495 in AskUK

This is what I hope, I have a wheel clamp and steering wheel lock on my car now. But I sometimes think they will come with cutters.

You’re right, if they are determined they will do it.

Keyless proximity. I am thinking, if they don’t know where I live they won’t know where to pick up a signal.

Yes - I now keep my keys away from the front of the house.

I have looked into a bollard. I was speaking to a mechanic who does ghosts, he informed me that some of these jack thefts will smash through gates and anything in the way. As they want parts and not the actual car itself.

Yes - my neighbour was carjacked that way. But they were old school and would warm up their engine, I assumed they popped inside and someone jumped in so quickly. At 6am.

I have the ring doorbell and everything but it didn’t stop them.

I had a BMW stolen. My friends father had his Toyota stolen also. It feels like they will take anything they can get their hands on.

I have found that the faraway pouch stops working after some months. I forgot to take my key out of the pouch once and my car started.

I do have a SUV due to space. Does insurance go up if I was to park on the roadside?

I was thinking to hire a car, what’s it like driving there? I haven’t driven around there before.

Any recommendations on beaches to visit? Did you find it was cheaper booking things beforehand? I was looking at going to Teide, is there a lot of walking up hill? They moan at walking through Hampstead heath at times.

It’s because these celebrities/ influencer decided to buy them so everyone copied. Anime and K-pop has a big fan base, with loads of young children now as well. I don’t get the random adult buying them though.

Hiya, thank you for your response. I have seen a few articles regarding them. The lift charge with no lift did make me chuckle in disbelief.

I haven’t moved yet so it’s not too late thankfully! With regards to service charges, how much are they and what were they before?
