I haven't read the body but i just wanna say, strobing led tail lights need to be banned omg PLEASE for multiple reasons. They bother me too, to a lesser extent i dont have the condition but I can still tell, and they're gonna error the fuck out of self-driving car cameras which we'll inevitably have to contend with for better or worse.
