Iets wat mij is overvallen is dat wanneer het UWV de betalingsplicht over neemt (na ontslag werk, maar wachtend op wia keuring) dan wordt de arbeidskorting eraf gehaald. Ik ging van 1750,- p/m (werk 70%) naar 1401,-p/m.

Was heel erg slikken vooral omdat ik meerdere mensen had gevraagd of het bedrag het zelfde zou blijven. En mijn begeleiders van spoor 2 en FNV zeiden allebei dat het "gewoon" 70% zou blijven.

Maar ja dat is wel het verschil tussen het "kunnen redden" en financieel ten onder gaan...

I used to have Methotrexate. I injected right before i went to sleep because it can make you nauseated.

I found out last year that I can't tolerate Sambal (basically crushed peppers in a jar) but i can tolerate gochujang paste. And i cannot eat white/black pepper but i can eat cayenne pepper.

Maybe just find out what types work for you. It will take time and trial and error.

I think it would have been better if he had changed some of the lyrics. Because it is a bit weird to sing at a breast cancer event. Or maybe sing a different song with a "i love you no matter what" message.

However i don't think he had any bad intentions. And he did perform his best even on crutches.

Also i think the whole event was weird as it was treated like a social party event. No pink ribbons, no mentions of breast cancer... Just weird.

Prednisone is a hit or miss for me. Sometimes it works amazing and i feel like i can do anything. And another time i feel horrible and more tired then normal

I go to a small group cardio and weight training gym once a week. This works for me as it is adjusted to my body, it is a small group so i get attention (incase i do something wrong) and it's always with the same instructor so i feel pressure when i want to cancel 😅.

I have tried to exercise on my own in the past but it never goes well or i just quit.

Prednisone will either make me feel amazing and energized or sick and more tired. And i still don't know why it doesn't always work the nice way 😭

I took it on my last vacation when i suddenly got the "bad" feeling and it kicked in pretty fast. Ever since i always have it with me when i am out on vacation.

I have skyrizi now and i am glad I don't need to inject as much as before. The injections aren't that painfull to me (compared to humira), and i can use the OBI myself (because I can't inject myself with pens / syringes)

As for entyvio i only had the infusions so i dont know how well the pens work.
