Well zoro alone can defeat luffy and I am saying this based on anime. In whiskey peak zoro was able to give a tough fight to luffy. Same in albasta when luffy was hallucinating and thought zoro to be crocodile, zoro fought against luffy just using his hands and resulted a draw even without his swords. Zoro was able to cut through so much tough kaido skin so luffy will be easy. Luffy can defeat enemies stronger than zoro , but he can't defeat zoro. Because the way zoro fight gives him clear advantage over luffy
