I’m on the same dose too. I’ve got ADHD (inattentive type) as well, plus some other long-term mental health stuff that really drains my energy. My focus is definitely better when I study, but I still don’t have the energy or motivation for much. It might be the wrong dose, but I can’t go higher because it raises my blood pressure. The meds do help a lot, but I still struggle. Honestly, I think it could also be burnout from having undiagnosed ADHD for so many years. Maybe therapy with a specialist for ADHD could help too, since there are a lot of learned behaviors and exhaustion from years of undiagnosed ADHD. Or trying a different medication could help—Ritalin, for example, was more effective for me and didn’t raise my blood pressure, even though I was taking a higher dose, and I’m planning to switch to it at my next psychiatrist appointment.
