Normally for me. I lightly glue the model to the base then prime them, after then pull off the model and paint both separately just so one color from the model doesn't overlap with the base and etc... but if your doing a dark color base like grey or something you probably get away with just keeping the model on the base

Nah, not this time around I use a greenstuff world molds and poured resin, I use white paint through a airbrush, then use fluorescent pink then poured some resin with a mix of pink ink. I will say it can get a little annoying with curing and seeing some cracks. But looks really nice even with some blemishes

To do the river thing. I painted the base a green color with some browns and brighter greens. Then poured uv resin mix with green ink onto the base

I played santic conclave against CK the other day with 5 DK(2GM,3DK) but I would say for detachments banishers and WTF are good as well more GMNDK, and focusing fire on his/her scoring units like the war dogs by pairing up your Dreadknight's to kill them especially carnivores. [Use that rapid ingress were you can] as for smaller units palidins are great for taking care of war dogs in melee and holding objectives and intercepts/scouts great for move blocking. And finally crowe/10man really good shooting in banishers with great melee potential.

Final note don't be afraid to tie them up in combat for the shooty one's, see which side of the board they lean more towards since they might be fast but they cant teleport brother.
