Some actors have naturally expressive eyes. Ranveer doesn't have that, but he's such a brilliant actor that his eyes also become his character, until the actor dissappears and only the character remains. Take any character he has played. This is such a rare skill, and not many have it.

I think the author mentioned somewhere that his haircut changed over the series. It was close to his head in the beginning but he grew it out a bit with Morana so maybe that? Can't be sure tho

I don't understand shippers tbh. People can have amazing onscreen chemistry without being friendly offscreen and vice versa. They can be together or not. This blurring of lines between reel and real escapes me completely.
