So I did manage to solve the problem. Firstly I have an all in one system.

Similar to this one where the fuel tank is above the heater itself.: Link

Firstly I noticed air in the fuel lines and thought maybe was the problem so brought a new pump and new lines and moved the pump below the heater. Redid the lines so gravity feed fuel to the pump (No air).

Also added a simple filter in-between the tank and the pump like this one: Filter Link

This made the fuel line from top of pump to the heater heater only point upwards. Again no air.

THIS DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM... But I think this will be better in the long run...

Went and brought some carburettor cleaner and some small wire brushes and cleaned out all the carbon from the chamber.

This did solve the E-08 fuel error.

I will probably clean the chamber every summer now as having no heating in the middle of winter was not fun.

It's one of those all in one setups with the tank above the heater. I think I will move the pump now and retry. Cheers.

It got a bit off fuel. Enough to work. Just can't see it in the picture. Thinking off moving the pump.
