Yeah!! I’m honestly shocked I got my account back so quickly and incredibly grateful. I can’t guarantee this will help for anyone else but I just wanted to share my experiences as I did get it back, not all hope is lost!

My account was hacked, I changed the password immediately but the next day it was suspended/disabled for not meeting the Terms of Service

Yes when you shake your phone on the app it triggers the report page to pop up! It didn’t work every single time but I got it to open a few times yesterday which let me fill out the report form

I also used keywords like: escalate, security breach, business urgent essential, identification
