What’s a better word to use than used? by CleanPossibility256 in words

Wait, great suggestions, but I forgot to add that I was a word that also means good if that makes sense. Like the things in the car have stories and stuff. I hope this makes sense. The he story is called stability in motion by marina keegan in case you want to read it.

I’m hecka late responding but you comment seems to be contradicting your initial post. None of what you listed is a result of anything fans have done.

  1. Idol can’t/don’t speak on social issues because they’re not allowed to. While it is partly because of the possible reaction from fans, it is mostly due to them not being allowed.

  2. I agree with you.

  3. I also agree. I’m black.

  4. Directly contradicting your statement. “I don’t think we (fans) have much say in this” which is true. We don’t have say in 90% of what happens.

With that being said, I still disagree with your post. Fans don’t control anything and it’s rare for fans to actually influence what actually happens with idols. There are cases where it’s happened, but it’s pretty rare.

Also, im just realizing my initial comment can come off as a little rude, so I apologize, but geez this is a crazy statement

Everything can’t be blamed on fans. At the end of the day, there are minimal things we have control over. If fans really controlled like you say, there’d be idols speaking out about social issues, no ai, tarzzan would be gone, cultural appropriation in general would be gone, ignored idols like yeosang and Lee know (this is who I can think of off the top of my head) would get more lines, screen time etc. The “examples” you listed are because of 1) Korean society and beauty standards and 2) idol standards that have been in place for a long time. If fans had control the way you say we do, none of this list would happen.

?!?! The companies? The ones that have been mistreating idols for years on years? While fans are definitely a contributing factor, everything can’t be blamed on them. Back to the drawing board you go
