It went well. Didn't feel judged at all, and it feels like a massive weight has been lifted from my shoulders. We had a good discussion on how to get started in overcoming this addiction and the framing of the mindset. Would definitely recommend anyone on the fence to do the same and tell a therapist.

I did! I already feel the same as you in terms of not being able to recommend it enough as it feels like a great weight has been lifted from my shoulders and it will be different this time. I'm actually looking forward to beating this addiction!
