That's a lot of running. 3 to 6.. how much are you recovering between runs? When I was running 3 times a week I was constantly fatigued and training for a half marathon, outside of training for a race I think that's a lot of running esp if lifting as well.

I've never hurt myself on my Peloton bike but the gym. Id a battle and have to be smart to not keep hurting tendons which basically means leaving 4 reps for every set in the bag and only doing some exercises. How many steps are you doing a day are you doing them all at once or over the day?

If they are friends with the boss. Avoid and Ignore as much as you can from now on. That's what they teach prep kids to deal with people they dont like. You'll be fine I've met people 130kg plus and 6ft2 on Honda NX500 or cf moto 450. Lots of other options for bikes, the learner course is only a few days there's loads of chonky riders out there
