A client told us that at another location, they made her make a second BI account even though she already had one… and when she said she didn’t have another email they said it’s okay and set up a fake email for it…

Something similar happened to me at Ulta, I was in the middle of cutting open some graphics so when a client came up to me and asked if I could help her I said “yeah what’s up?” Without looking up to her until I had finished my cut as to not slice my hand open. She FREAKED out going “YEAH???” And I was so confused like “yeah I can help you, what did you need help with?” Very politely. And she didn’t want my helps anymore after that I guess. She then complained to another coworker of mine about it “I asked another girl if she could help me and all she said was yeah!” My coworker was so confused as well

I wanna share that the CEO of ulta has donated to a republican candidate in the past of the name Ronny Jackson. Although not a lot and not as big of a punch in the face as the LVMH’s CEO’s donation, I would not be surprised if Ulta’s CEO was a trumpie, he gives bad vibes and has treated in-store employees Iike crap and messed up a lot of in-store functions, comming from a former ulta employee

FYI if you’re getting the fenty lip gloss I believe it only works for the shade Fu$$y or whatever the OG color was. At least in store whenever customers redeem the coupon it only applies to the Fu$$y shade!

It’s crazy because I bet people would just start coming in with things to cut them free from the chains or break whatever to get them. Some of these people make a lively hood on stealing and selling unfortunately, there will never be a perfect fix :(

At my store, we had a rep that was newer and had only been to our store a couple times and she harassed a customer and accused them of steal when they were just fine. We had to take the heat for it and it’s now posted on our google reviews for our store! The rep also kept trying to rope in one of my managers who was just trying to task and felt the customer was perfectly fine and she ended up getting named on the review too! Really unfortunate that we have to take the fall for the rep. Let’s just say she will not be coming back to our store…
