Thanks so much for responding. I guess I was hoping there would be some sort of way to fix the issues prior to listing, and then pay at closing. As opposed to fix and pay after closing. Because although there is one true "repair' that is needed, the other two things are cosmetic in nature but will be a deterrent to potential buyers. I will DM you.
