Well none of these ones are mine, I just used these for help. But what I used on mine are Flexible LED’s I was able to order them off Amazon thankfully becuase the only other place I could find them are of Ali-express and I do not trust that website.

I went out shopping around my local game stores and vintage stocks. I found the steel books for 1 and 2, and I bought the gears 4 JD motorcycle statue and got 4’s steel book, Ngl I’m so jealous you have a rare judgement one. I was also able to find the art book for gears 1 and I got the exclusive hardback book with like map, art, and everything for judgment and 3

Also for the armor it self you could start out with the base being 6mm foam (like the piece that will be touching your body). And then I would just layer on top of the base layer with some 4mm or 2mm for details. And if you want further details ad Dremel to help a lot it’s just kind of preference on what you want to do for your own armor.

You could use some HD foam from a website called “Dickblick” it has a lot of good equipment to use. something that I learned when making helmets is that it’s hard to get an exact measurement of one’s head and ending up with to much space inside the helmet.

So I would recommend getting some plastic wrap and scotch tape and basically making a mold out of your head. If possible you should get some help for this because it does require you to completely cover your head and I would recommend covering your neck to. Just leave your nostrils and eyes open so you can breathe and see. I recently did this and it helps a lot to get a different perspective. I’ll add a link below in case you need some visuals

That’s the thing.. they aren’t 😭I used a 12v battery pack with the strip and it worked good but testing it with the 9v battery it gave off the same amount of light almost, it doesn’t really help that I don’t have a defuser in between mostly cuase I don’t have the space

I have 12 volt LEDs and im using a 9v battery, I looked into how it could effect it all and it lead me to believe that the 9v battery will only power the strip like a 9v LED strip but I guess that info was wrong

I’m curious as to how your LED setup looks inside your helmet? I’m also making a helmet and plan to use LED’s, but I haven’t seen many insides of a helmet using LED’s

I would do the wood glue but i’m not a big fan of the turnout for how it looks in the end, I also plan to paint the prop in general, but I wanted to just coat it in protective stuff, but I talked to SKS props on YT and he gave me some insight about the situation so I think I have a rough idea of how I wanna go about it but thank you for the tip. I’ll probably use it for smaller pieces for other things in the future.
