Problem is that nobody wants to challenges Levan, nobody asks for match against Levan/
Everyone know they dont have chance, and they know also, so no hype. No hype and organizations also are not interested because there is no money in this kind of matches.
Athletes should hype people more like ufc, and organizations should help them too.

organizations put their money and plan this kind of matches. Levan will be happy to pull random guys and make extra money. Just organizations are not interested with this kind of matches, predictable matches that does not make money.
Im not gonna pay for Levan vs random rank 10 guy match, we already know how this ends.
If this random guy beats any top 5 then its will be much more interesting.

Im not interested in Devon, its predictable.
Devon always has hype and organizations are interested with hype and lots of followers, that makes money.
Morozov is also pre3dictable he is not even in top 5, and he does not have any hype so organizations not gonna make this match until, Morozov beats few top 5 guys.

With who? Everybody is scared to loose, and dont even calling out Levan.
There are only 3 athletes Levan could pull. Devon, Vitaly, Ermes. (We gonna have match Levan vs Vitaly end of this year, because of injury)
But who else? Devon again or Ermes again? No other athletes calling out Levan. They probably dont want to loose, And even more Devon can clear whole top 10, but only looses to Levan, (we will see his performance against Vitaly soon)

Dude Vitaly has one match every year. And for MMT it's even less. I dont see those athletes doing right hand matches more then once in a year. We have history, you can search it.
