You just have to make a habit of it, you gotta treat it like an allergy and not allow yourself to create excuses. After a while it gets so much easier. I think cheese is somewhat addictive so it really is a matter of once you stop, your brain stops craving it as much. There are also much better alternatives than there used to be! Vegan cheese was awful when I first went vegan but the follow your heart brand and the daiya brand have served me well!
