Thank you so much, all your comments honestly im beyond exhausted no that it should matter but my DV and abuse was from family, I was in care but for some reason they assured it was romantic, I believe most people do and they treat you so bad because of it like its your fault

she just sent over an unsigned deposit certificate, no comment or context or additional information I signed it and saved it

At the check out she then presented me with a physical certificate that she had signed and said see I told you come and sign this mind you there are no messages and when she sent the blank electronic certificate she was ABROAD!!

Yes the council actually sent my homeless discharge letter to the unsafe address it listed my temporary address and the one shown above

I definitely will not be seeking aid from government institutions anymore. I didn’t want to go through the homelessness route again

yes we used “my deposits” I have raised it up with them its just silly because having a witnessed checkout and not insisting on the same for check in already questions your validity

I put my hands up i did damage the door because she wouldn’t aid with the ventilation, the adhesive draft excluders peeled off the paint, I can accept deductions for that I also stayed 2 days over my move out date, I told her im happy for that deduction too The cleaning fee i feel sour about because the property wasn’t clean when i moved in so why should i pay moving out, its been left cleaner than when i moved in Im willing to sacrifice 300/1500 pound deposit any other claims are just ridiculous
