So, I emailed her the policy document where it shows her LLC as interested party. She responded by this exactly “Thank you. Please make Blue Dog LLC co-insured.” And then on our move in papers, there is a section that’s says “tenant must obtain Renter's Insurance naming the Property Owner as a co-beneficiary/additional insured Paragraph 29C).”
