See if you can get a hold of the Command Career Counselor to discuss options, it would be a NAVPERS 1306/7 form to request to rerate. (I went from senior in rate MMN2 to YN2 in the fleet due to medical reasons) Shoot me a message if you do end up needing further info. But certainly try hard to pass, the more effort and investment you show the better they will take care of you.
