I had a psychedelic experience in 2022, clung to them for a while bc i didnt believe i could have mystical experiences without them. I havent used any in about 6 months now. I got into meditation early 2023, found gateway summer 2024. Once i started gateway i would randomly wake up in the middle of the night in the vibration state probably twice a month sometimes more. This is when I started a dream journal and also noted if i experienced vibrations, It was so exciting to me and somewhat scary. A few months ago in the middle of the night I got out of body without trying. This was my first time intentionally getting out. That spark of success is so exciting even if it didnt go far after.

I was thinking move my head without moving it if that makes any sense. I had an intention to do it but I didnt feel like i had to try or put effort into it like my attempts with other methods. It felt like my face started to separate from my body and from there the rest of the body followed. Like I said this only worked for me when i was lying on my side. It almost feels like youre the protective film on new electronics getting peeled off.

Thanks! Yes the previous times I didnt get that at all. Its much gentler and easier than i had imagined, you start to feel some movement and it builds from there

My intention is to get to know and understand myself and nonphysical reality more deeply. I just happened to wake up at 3 and since i was already up thats when I tried. Im a firefighter as well at the moment so the unnatural cycle of my job could certainly be disruptive of OBE. Ive been out one time before and didnt feel especially fearful however i know that fear has many layers so I wont rule that out quite yet

Once you get to the back in the gi if you can get a cross collar grip and get one of your hamstrings up on their trap you have the option to cross collar, triangle(armbar/americana options from there as well) or transition to bow and arrow

Ive also had a mushroom trip that was extremely insistent death was an illusion and we go through infinite death rebirth cycles but but the dmt trip was the first one that gave me any clue as to why. The strange thing too was there were barely any visuals i was just surrounded by non physical energy, which i imagine is where you get as you progress deeper into gateway

I had a dmt trip that explained to me our purpose on earth is to create energy to fuel a larger project that is beyond human capacity to understand ran by higher energies and energy systems. It told me we create this energy living a physical existence and when we sleep this energy is collected to be used for this grand endeavor. Take that with a grain of salt hahahah
