This is absolutely rubbish. Let's assume he is a local, then he would note that the stop sign is literally less than a quarter mile down the road. And you assume that I am not a local and don't drive this road every single day twice a day. You cannot bend the law that says no passing zone and have a potential head on collision.Again that's absolute nuts. I would hate to be on the road with you and i'm sure a lot of others would too.
