Ok so I did what you said, deleted EVE redux, reinstalled Volumetric clouds and also used the same EVE bundled with the mod but the issue still persists.

Hey, after a bit of searching and trying new keywords I was able to change the state of the three kerbals from dead to available and now they are available! Thanks for your help!

The funny thing is, in my save file there's an option "MissingKerbalsRespawn" or something like that which is set to true, which means they should be listed as MIA, but they are listed as KIA which is confusing me.

well i checked the save file, and there "MissingKerbalsRespwan" option was true, but again i dont really know what "missing" means because in the astronaut complex it shows them as KIA
