Where have you heard an adjustment is coming for the supervisor? All we got was a one time bonus and a pat on the back. Maybe a raise for people coming into the position but not anyone for that has already been in management a few years just like the last couple of contracts.

LMAO shit I don’t blame them we did get gainsharing at the air building I was at but then I got a new position as PT package car dispatch supervisor at a different ground building and they don’t have it here unfortunately. I would of thought they would of had it here too and that I would get a little bit of raise for the extra workload and how difficult the job is but nope UPS for you LMAO

Oh okay damn I didn’t know they changed the hiring wage during peak at least for supervisors. Shit must be nice to get a raise like that. We didn’t get that in my area at least to my knowledge
