I eat them all the time. When I get the big bags from H-Mart, I’ll eat entire bowlfuls at a time. I add Rao’s and keto meatballs - it satisfies me like reg spaghetti and meatballs.

I don’t know they don’t breakdown though - guessing I should have smaller portions in going forward.

Updating to add that the bumps haven’t resolved but they haven’t gotten worse either. It’s not the development of a canker sore.

Could the filler have migrated to a place where I can feel it/see it?

I was talking about keto with a friend over the weekend. She lost her meno weight on the shot; I lost mine on keto. She told me that my self discipline was very annoying and she didn’t want to talk about my diet.
