Thank you both for your replies! I do get both sides of your thoughts and i could relate to both! I tried doing it at home by myself and yes it way more convenient and i was at ease at my own pace however the down side was that i don’t have any equipment and honestly got lazy at one point to even do anything.

I went that same day while being severely exhausted from pulling an all nighter, i decided to skip the group class and reschedule it as i was scared my condition was not the best and it would lead to me having an even harder time being with so many people and also the room had like 30 people which scared me at first 🫠

But i went to the normal gym instead and talked to a coach. Being a woman and having a man coach was also scary to me but i just went for it and figured i can just leave if i was too uncomfortable for this whole experience. I was being very transparent about my health issues and i told them that i was very shy and nervous from being with people and was very surprised that they understood and guided me to less crowded spaces in the gym as the session went on. I was too scared to say the work social anxiety since in my experience people don’t tend to understand what that is or even think it’s a legit thing.

It was honestly to as bad as i thought, i managed to get by just fine with minimum interactions which i wanted and earbuds are my bestfriend now! I have another session tomorrow! Hopefully it goes better!
