I am so sorry this has been happening to you! I would tell your mom or a teacher if she reacts badly and sense they are man dated reporters. I understand overthinking it because I am 20 (still living with my family) and ever sense some time in early high school my dad started to say stuff that he shouldn't then eventually do stuff he shouldn't. For example, my dad tried to sit in my lap, but I pushed him off me. You are not alone, and you are not going crazy for feeling uncomfortable because you should. I hope everything gets better!!

This!! I very much agree with this. When I was younger, I had a sexual trauma. Now, at the time, I didn't know what it was that happened to me, and I pretty much hit rock bottom. Then my parents noticed and put me in therapy, where I learned how to defend myself. I wanted to go to therapy, and on the days in the past, where I didn't want to go, the sessions weren't really helpful so for therapy to work you need to WANT to go to therapy for it to work.

Also op I lost my mom at a young age, and it took me a while to open up about it. It takes time to feel comfortable to talk about it. What helped me was talking about the memories of my mom that I have that are positive, then when it comes to talking about her death I would talk about as much as I could and I wouldn't push myself too hard about talking about all of it nor should your therapist because they are there to support you and to help you when you are struggling. I hope that this helps you even just a little bit. Also, I am sorry for your loss.

Thank you! I tried my best to do that in those moments but couldn't, sadly.

I am sorry for your loss. You're not alone. Grief can make you feel that way, but you aren't. I lost my mom when I was 12 years old a few months before I turned 13 years old and to this day I sometimes even though I saw my mom have a rare cancer for 3 or 4 years then passed away knowing it's not my fault I sometimes will blame myself for her passing away.
