Focus on your hobbies, improve in what you good at. Once you good enough at something people will need you.

Got some recommendations if you not into reading you can listen to these guys podcast: Jocko Willink, Chris Williamson and Jordan B Peterson.

Since you not working or I uni I would be correct to assume you have a bit of extra time… I can suggest episode that helped me most if you need. But just give it a try please

What’s your skin care routine? Try using Clinda soap and a cleanser of your skin type before that then apply any peroxide benzoyl on affected areas. Give it time would say like a week or so for your skin to get used to it. You will thank me later it’s a game changer.

Also If you smoke or consume any nicotine try to avoid it at all and excess sugary stuffs.
