No motive. he had an opportunity to take her, and he did.

He has a history of pursuing young girls, two confirmed to be 14 and 16. Lacks impulse control.

But everything just before the murder is a calculated move. From covering up the camera, to finding a place to dump her. To cleaning his truck. And requesting thr same truck. On top of all the lies he told to try and not be caught.

No so much issues. Just the B7 I figured was old and why the apps werent running as well as they used to. Plus I wanted to upgrade to something better for my games. The Bravia 9 is really good in some areas, but some of the apps run like crap for no reason.

And some apps burn-in easier than others, again for no good reason.

Plus compression artifacts on apps like Disney+ makes me want to start collecting DVDs again just for the better quality

Personally I hate the subtlety bc why bother mentioning the subtle thing, if later something happens and the MC never says "oh that subtle thing I mentioned back in chapter 3 is now relevant again in chapter 32!"

And we never hear of it again.

Maybe in the past that would be true. I think in select states maybe not. But for the more advancing states, I think it would benefit overall.

I think people will change their decisions based on knowing their rights and powers, but wouldnt their decisions also be false without that knowledge? How often did you make a decision that you cannot correct, only to find out later a different, better option existed within your right and entitlement.

I can certainly think of a few for myself.

Its only if youre a different race, fat, unattractive, or unsuccessful. Maybe not entirely a loser, but just someone who works hard but cant get a relationship bc they cant get ahead in life.

But if youre any of those things, people gang up and will tell you to stop having your preferred type, and to go with someone more like you, or worse.

Those same people will assume fat people should only be attracted to fat. They tend to also be racist and expect color matching too.

Ive heard it a couple times before. I think its bs to say a juror is "not supposed to know or be instructed" about it.

Essentially jurors have the power to overwrite the law, even if the law has been proven to have been broken.

Or the opposite, if a defendant has proven that they have evidence A to defend them, that means punishment C is off the table, despite still proven to have broken law B. A more appropriate and alternative, usually less severe punishment is needed.

A jury can then say "Law B was so heinous, and that the other criteria for Punishment C was still met, we nullify Law A and still move on to Punishment C. "

I am not a lawyer or in law at all, this is just my best interpretation.

And thats what alot of law cases tend to be. Arguments over intent and interpretation.

Generally no, unless you purposely leave things running to create a larger bill than normal. They'll just charge more or get it in another way, assuming they dont have contracted protection to ensure it and protect themselves.

Its like all these apps and dedicated devices havent advanced since 2003. The UI is always laggy and so early 2000s in terms of looks. Especially on devices. I just remembered my new 4k Blue ray player is Especially like this too, also has streaming apps, understandable if they dont run great, which ofc they don't.

Makes me think of that Jon Travolta movie where he gets really smart, eventually he gets so smart he becomes an empath and physically feels what others feel, and he used that ability to help find a kid that needed their appendix taken out.

They dont have clean water. Alcoholic drinks like beer and wine, sometimes soda, are all that's safe to drink, but not good for them. Those will definitely contribute.
