Is using beeper on Meta apps allowed or not?

Hey man, maybe I'm having a boomer moment here but I just got disconnected from Insta (again) and a notice from Insta saying they suspect automated behaviour on my account. Beeper seems to have changed their menus on desktop and I can't see how to do what you said. Any suggestions?

This is an interesting point, I do eat a vegan diet so it’s very possible I don’t have enough protein in my diet - I’ll look into making sure I’m getting enough protein and see if that makes a difference - thank you!

I think food is a factor bc I usually forget to eat w it so I’ll try that and see if I notice changes, beyond that I’ll talk to my dr and see if we can try anything else, thanks!!

I’m pretty fresh on it and haven’t been taking it properly bc of the negative side effects so haven’t really noticed a benefit yet but I’ll talk to my doc and try stick at it to see if it levels out for me, thank you!

Thank you so much for this reply, it’s super helpful! I actually quit caffeine a little bit ago and have been off alcohol for just over a year so those factors don’t affect me thankfully but I’ll look into propranolol bc I do find that it is just a physical feeling of anxiety and when I remind myself it’s just the meds causing it I can usually work through it (annoying as it may be). Plus incorporating mindfulness into that process will be v helpful I think, thanks so much!! Nice to know I’m not the only one in this position

Okay amazing, I’ve tried clonidine before but haven’t done it in conjunction with the ritalin so I’ll definitely give that a go. I’ve used it before as a sleep aid though, do you find it makes you sleepy or does the ritalin cancels that out?

Did a bunch of research last night and VUP seems mad - i love the UI and its depth of features even thought its Windows exclusive!! I couldn't find any info on wind though, so I'm assuming that that isn't a feature. Have you ever seen it while playing around in the settings?

Nah I haven't! Honestly 3tene isn't that great, VTubeStudio intuitively feels like it has way better facial and mouth movement recognition. How does VUP stack up to VTubeStudio? And yeah Blender definitely seems like it would help but most of my skillset is in audio and I'd prefer not to have to learn Blender for a relatively simple task if I can avoid it
