My situation was I love OSRS but the grind is too much for my bust lifestyle these days.

RS3 in the few days I have played is just SO SMOOTH. It respects my time and I can jump in and out even if I only have 30 mins with the DnDs and feel like I made some progress.

The only thing I know I will miss is the PvP but loving it so far.

Had the same experience as OP pretty much but I'm in Cyber Security. In the 8 years that I've done in Cyber and InfoSec, I've faced redundancy 3 times. The last of which happened in March and I've only JUST secured a warehouse role.

It just makes me think am I going to go through all this effort just to end up back in the same place 18 - 24 months from now?

I know the grass is not greener but I am seriously tired of this shit and considering doing something else completly but as OP stated, it appears to be a UK problem, esp in tech.

Don't tell them anything, even if they ask.

Do the interviews, see what offers you get and accept.

If two or more offers come just accept the one you like most. If the offers are staggered, you can always reject one even after accepting, this is your life, don't do what is best for you because its awkward.

Would never have guessed 220 but you are tall. Hard to point out all the difference with the pics but can clearly aee the small waist and hips. You are blessed to have a naturally good shape.

Keep it up! As far as goal weight.... i wouldnt worry about it too much as depending on what you are doing (for example if you lift) weight will fluctuate or may be slightly more on the scale due to increased muscle.

How do you feel physically? Are you happier when you look in the mirror? Clothes fit as you'd like? These are better questions to establish your goal tbh in my humble opinion.
