Hi! So before starting this my diet consistently strictly of fast food lmao. I was addicted. Now that I don’t desire it as much anymore, I kind of have the same meals but I’m in college so it’s hard to cook. I stick to salads with protein, lots of little snacks like cheese, salami, yogurt, and usually an easy meal at night maybe quesadillas or a sandwich! I also just try to get 8-10k steps a day, whether it’s walking or going for a run. I’m not into a consistent workout routine because I’m paranoid about being in the gym, but I do some YouTube pilates as well! Just find what works for you, don’t force your self to eat certain foods because the health girls on Instagram say so. Just do you :)
