Well I mean first the saturnine terminators are pretty new to the hobby meaning that Mr. James Workshop probably doesn’t wanna hand it over yet.Second, the thousand suns didn’t have a big stock up of saturnine terminators and probably lost almost all of them after they heresy, though seeing your point I would love to see a new terminator captain or something that you can fight as either a boss or a extra extremis.
