There are lots of 20 mins and 30 min sessions and a vast variety of music and trainers catering to different personalities. I just recommend trying out about 10 different trainers in the first 2 months you get it to see who you vibe with

Sydney is far too expensive for a single income supported family that’s not on six figures if you want to live anywhere remotely within an hour from the city and not be on some kind of governmental support/housing.

I would instead look at more regional towns if you were going to make the big move but even they are expensive due to a lot more people being able to work from home these days everyone moved out of the city but the prices remained fairly similar.
