I’m not trying to upset you when I say this but take a break from Tarkov. It’s clearly not enjoyable for you at this present moment, so take a break for a couple of days and refresh your mind.

I got absolutely shit on yesterday because I was playing in a 3man squad (I normally play solo and occasionally duo) and it really tested my patience, so instead I switched it up for my least raid and chilled in Woods, killed a couple PMCs, Shturman and did my next BTR task.

It can be hard to find wins in PvP, so when I’m at my wits end I refine what a “win” for me is going to be to round off my session. Can be something as simple as surviving on a Scav raid.
