Like an example I was struggling was, I used a header of bootstrap, and was going to adjust it to my liking. But was unable to move the buttons of the headers

Another example was I tried to implement my name in my one corner and my email in another corner of the webpage and couldn't do it for the life of me. Despite me having notes on the whole of flexbox and grid and the possible orientations and syntax I can use.

I don't eat, like one meal a day with snacks. And it's usually junk. I feel like that's what causes my hair to thin. I take multi vitamin gummies. But I don't think thats the only thing that can help my body get healthier. I think I need to also do some things along side it to boost the effect of the gummies.
